Stevens Johnson Syndrome Lawyers
Treatment for SJS/TENS:
People diagnosed with SJS/TENS are treated in medical facilities. If the cause of the disease is attributed to medication, the medication is stopped immediately. Patients are treated intravenously and their skin is left to re-grow. Antibiotics may also be administered as well as topical and oral corticosteroids.
The chances of survival for those with SJS/TENS can differ quite dramatically depending on the damage incurred and the degree of the infection. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that individuals who are taking medications that are linked to SJS and TENS are aware of the symptoms of the disease and are diligent in their observations.
Individuals affected by the disease TENS/SJS as attributed to medication, may be eligible to seek legal action and claim compensation. Please contact Greg Jones & Associates as soon as possible.
People that have been affected by any drug in this way – or the families of those that have passed away because of problems and diseases such as TENS – may be eligible to claim compensation and are advised to seek legal assistance as soon as possible following diagnosis of the disease.
